Episode 5 : Life forces us to change. Sometimes it does this suddenly, and sometimes slowly.

She had to do something; she had to take control of her own life. She decided to value herself. She begun to appreciate what she had, to understand that she was important. She was unique to exist and was a human created. She realized that all the identities on her since birth should be left behind. She became aware of simply a “human being,” and this was the only reason she had come into this world.
Years later, one day, the angel heard her say something like this:
“What is this thing called “work”, anyway? After all, we’ll all be six feet under. What matters is being human. ”

Living and Thanksgiving

One of the things the capitalist system imposes on us is the notion that we must consistently be doing something. If we don’t, we begin to see ourselves as inadequate, worthless, and unnecessary. We forget that we are human —that we are magnificent organisms. We focus on those “other things” that are imposed on us. And we begin to overlook all the blessings that allow us to breathe, eat and drink, move, and partake in life. Whereas this is what thanksgiving is all about: once more opening our eyes to life, being healthy, living, and being aware of the blessings bestowed upon us.

Research– How does Midlife Crisis force to change ?

People go through another phase, much like adolescence, which can occur between the ages of 35 and 65: the midlife crisis. It is stated that this crisis can occur in situations such as changes in professional life -like a promotion or retirement-, having children, changes in productivity, coming to terms with death as one ages; be triggered by the death of a loved one, a divorce, or a significant life event. It is noted that sudden life changes, such as leaving home or a job, may occur during this period, and that antisocial, impulsive, or irrational behavioral changes may take place. It is possible that feeling anger, emptiness, meaninglessness, sadness, and depression, as well as changes in belief and spirituality. 1
