She realized that all those years of hard work and education, all that effort, no longer meant anything. It was as if things were beginning to lose their meaning. Her degrees and the courses taken seemed to have become meaningless. Apparently, what mattered to her didn’t matter much to the executives.
Another area she needed to skill up had emerged: behavioral traits or the other statement soft skills.
This learning process wasn’t over, but was it that could be learned later on? Why the constant feeling of inadequacy?
Was learning so much really necessary? What was the necessity behind it, and what was causing the feeling of inadequacy?
The angel realized that her mind was confused.

It will never be attainable

This is an unattainable goal. You start learning in order to achieve it. By the time you finish your studies, that field has already begun to lose its importance. A field becomes popular, pays well, and people flock to it. Then it reaches a saturation point, and as supply begins to exceed demand, the value of that field declines. This is one of the fundamental elements of economics: the balance of supply and demand. A few occupational groups, however, are strictly protected—either by governments, companies, or professional associations—and do not bow to trends.

Research– Jobs of future

Based on data from the World Economic Forum, the jobs that will come to the forefront from 2025 to 2030, along with the need for current employees to acquire new skills and related statistical information, are presented in the short videos linked below. It is noted that while managers will focus on soft skills in 2025, hard skills—such as those related to artificial intelligence—will take center stage by 2030.
